There is a general rule that the sooner sanitation work begins the more damage and following costs can be minimized!

Sanitation of damage after fire in buildings (family houses, industrial buildings etc.)

• During burning process extremely aggressive gases escape that can together with water lead to occurrence of very fast corrosion. Such aggressive environment causes corrosion within several hours and that´s why it is necessary to start immediate action for minimizing these losses.
• Draining contaminated water from a building (especially after extinguishing). This water leaks into subsoil and it can contaminate ground water. Also walls and floors of the building absorb this water which can accelerate concrete corrosion and so corrupt the building statics.
• Sucking off layer of electrically conductive soot on electrical distribution system and on electronic devices and equipment. Electrically conductive soot or almost unnoticeable layer of tar can destroy sensitive parts of for example telephone lines, computer systems or common electric distribution equipment. Special chemicals can clean these devices without without need to disassemble them. Our specialists then test their functionality.
• Company BELIX is capable of very effective settling of black walls and ceilings without need to knock off the plaster or build the walls again. Effective chemicals are first applied on surface and after several minutes they are washed off using high pressure water, which is then retained by powerful pumps. Contaminated water is then ecologically disposed of. By using a specific additive even the characteristic smell of burn is removed and the building under sanitation can be only redecorated.
